Stereo Armband
Please tell me why in the world anyone would need an IPOD??
You can burn all your data on a 59 cent CD/DVD disk and just about every stereo head plays data now so why would I waste my money on some redundant adapter? I don’t know anybody who has more than about 85 favorite songs at any given time ever (one goes on-one comes off). I don’t go jogging or go to the gym so there’s no time that I need to listen to music through “earbuds” and if I did, why would I need a $400 item just to work out for 45 minutes (that’s only time to listen to nine songs anyway) when I can buy an armband style radio for $40 AND be able to listen to my favorite talk radio shows as well!!!
First of all, nobody NEEDS an iPod or CD player or computer, etc.
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE a large capacity MP3 player because I have a 55 mile commute each way, to and from work. MP3 players allow the ultimate flexibility to listen to what I want when and where I want, it’s ALL in there, at my fingertips. But I need to save up for a new car, so I’ll have to wait to purchase my iPod. Plus, burning cds every time you want to put a new mix of songs together is wasteful, on an iPod, you simply have to make a new playlist. Radio has annoying commercials and songs you might not want to hear; talk radio also has commercials, and your favorite hosts might be on at a time that you are not able to listen (the same is true for television shows) – PodCasts and video downloads allow you to listen to what you want, when and where you want. Again– it’s the flexibility.
