How could i remove the broken end of an rca cable that is stuck inside the amp input?

it is the little metal tab at the end of an rca cable.
i have tryed a shop vac but no luck, also you cannot unscrew or remove input.

Start drilling it out, with low rpm and kinda push hard. Not too hard; you don’t want to break the drill. If you do it right, the drill will “screw” itself into the broken piece, then simply pull it out. It can’t be in there too tight, it might start to turn with the drill. If that happens, shove a scriber down the side to stop it from turning.
